Why this exists
GulfAI generates realistic AI video. We take a hard line on real people's likeness, minors, sexual content, and illegal goods — that is what keeps the platform safe and available for everyone. Generation is automatically screened against a watch list, flagged content is reviewed, and accounts that break these rules are suspended.
The underlying AI providers also enforce their own safety filters and may refuse a generation.
1. Sexual and adult content
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, or NSFW content of any kind.
- Any sexualized depiction of a person, real or AI-generated, including suggestive framing or clothing.
- Adult services, escort, or dating-style content.
2. Minors
- Anyone under 18 as the person in the video, or any image of a minor.
- Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors.
3. Real people and likeness (this is the big one)
- Photos of another person without their written consent, including partners, friends, employees, and family.
- Public figures, celebrities, influencers, athletes, or politicians — no exceptions.
- Deepfakes, impersonation, voice cloning, or placing a real person in a scenario they never did.
- Anyone else's face, even if you found the photo online, in a magazine, or on social media.
4. Violence, hate, and harm
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or instructions for making them.
- Violence, gore, self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or threats.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content attacking anyone by race, religion, nationality, gender, or orientation.
- Political or religious campaigning, incitement, or propaganda.
5. Illegal and regulated goods
- Drugs and paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or nicotine products.
- Gambling, betting, lotteries, casino, or sweepstakes.
- Cryptocurrency, tokens, NFTs, or investment schemes.
- Pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, CBD, or medical devices.
- Counterfeit goods, or anything you do not have the rights to sell.
6. False or prohibited claims
- Medical or health claims: cure, treat, heal, guaranteed weight loss, 'clinically proven' without evidence.
- Guaranteed financial returns, get-rich-quick, or work-from-home promises.
- Claims that a product is approved, endorsed, or certified when it is not.
- Testimonials presented as a real customer's genuine experience when they are not.
7. Spam, deception, and off-platform contact
- Links, URLs, phone numbers, or social handles baked into a script or overlay.
- Directing users to WhatsApp, Telegram, or any off-platform channel for payment.
- Impersonating a brand, business, or person.
- Misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
8. Our product, and our cast
- Scraping, downloading, or re-using GulfAI's star images outside the product.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing Gulf credits with anyone else.
- Reverse engineering, bypassing the paywall, or automating the service without a written agreement.
- Using GulfAI to build a competing AI-video product or marketplace.
9. Your confirmations
Each time you upload a photo or generate a video, you confirm that you own it or have written permission to use it, that you are 18 or older, and that you will not create anything on the prohibited list above. You agree to indemnify GulfAI for claims caused by what you upload or generate.
10. Enforcement and reporting
We may review, remove, or refuse content, and suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice. Use the Report button on any video, or email support@gulfai.com. For copyright or likeness takedowns see the DMCA / takedown process.
